On an average, our management fee is approximately 3% of the property's gross income, and is negotiable based on the extent of service an Owner and property requires and the existing conditions at the property. Other factors that will determine the management fee include:

Additional services are only performed with the Owner's written authorization. The scope of the project and estimated costs are submitted to the Owner and must be pre-approved in writing by the Owner before any such projects will be undertaken. Examples of the special services include:
